This thought provoking presentation will discuss the latest frameworks and techniques to deliver better products faster and cheaper. Peter will focus on the usage of these frameworks with an Information Technology focus, however the messages are as applicable to any environment. Specific areas to be covered are:

Peter Measey has managed and contributed to the implementation of some of the largest Agile project and delivery management transformations in the UK and worldwide: British Airways, BT, Fidelity Investments, HMCE, NHS, Nokia and Rolls Royce.
Peter’s a DSDM Board Director, Certified DSDM Trainer, Certified Scrum Master, Practitioner and Trainer, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner and Prince2 Practitioner. And inbetween consultation and implementation duties, Peter trains and coaches teams in the UK, USA, India, China and across Europe.
Allan Kelly is London based and works for Software Strategy where he provides training and consulting in Agile practices. He specialises in working with software product companies, aligning company strategy with products and processes. In addition to numerous journal articles and conference presentations he is the author of "Business Patterns for Software Developers" (2012) and "Changing Software Development: Learning to become Agile" (2008). Derek Davidson is a Scrum Trainer, Agile Coach and ScrumMaster certified by both the Scrum Alliance and Scrum.org. Derek has just started the Devon and Cornwall Scrum User Group (new members always welcome). Drawing on many years as a software developer, Derek is presently working on new training material to teach software development techniques that work well with Scrum such as Unit Testing, TDD, BDD, Automated Regression Testing, Version Control, Continuous Integration, Design Patterns and Pair Programming.
