In this final session Allan will cover Lean Production, Kanban, the role of Product Management and Business Analysis and the future of Agile.

Allan specialises in helping companies improve their software development practices and processes though Agile adoption and improved learning. Before moving into the management of software development he was an accomplished software developer for over 10 years. He holds BSc and MBA degrees, is the author of "Changing Software Development: Learning to become Agile" (Wiley, 2008) and has contributed to numerous journals on development and Agile.
